Belgium has so much to show the world. The London Universities Belgian Society (LUBS) was established with exactly this in mind: presenting its excellent students to Londen through diplomatic events, (cross-border) social activities and talks.
Social activities
- LUBS promotes friendship between Belgian students and the wider international community within London.
- Receptions and monthly drinks or visits with Belgian students.
- Dinner with the Belgian Ambassador in the UK.
- Activities with other national societies.
- An active social media presence where students can interact and connect.
Professional development opportunities
- Thought-provoking, world-class speakers, keynotes and panels.
- In-house workshops, organised internally or by a partner organisation.
- Introduction to the various Belgian diplomatic communities, which attend or host our events.
Student representation
- All students of London universities or business schools can become member.
- Open Whatsapp group with all members.
- LUBS helps its members with a successful stay in London and can refer to the correct instances.
